Gore Conditions (2012-2013)

Look like the next trail addition is Sunway to 3B.  Good move.

"Friday we open the Sunway lift. Saturday the conveyor opens.
 
We are pushing out Upper Showcase and Upper Jamboree tonight and still working to add Sleighride & Showcase runs.

any updates? thinking of heading up tomorrow. but if its only 1 or 2 runs thats groomed then ill go to killington.

Gore is adding more terrain. Showcase to 2B, lower sleighride and the arena today. Conditions were pretty good all day. I skied until I every turn hurt.

I am at home but the men are all up skiing and say conditions were very good.

Mountain skied nice today. Kinda like spring conditions.
Gotta love the early season lift lines.

Hero snow on Sunday .crowds were light,thanx to the wf guys drawing the crowds up there

Yeah, Sunday was surprisingly awesome. Bottom of Showcase was sweet. Park had some good sized jumps. And, like you said, super hero snow. Let's hope the rain doesn't do too much damage.

Hmm, I drove by around 2:30 on Sunday coming back from SLU. Thought about stopping, the hangover said no.

what they have is ok,,need some better weather for sure,its 32 and pouring rain,mt snow? lets hope.

Gore skied well today, wet granular. Snow is getting very thin, we really need some cold weather or a real snow storm. So far better than last year but if we don't get a change soon we are talking a start over.

How about an epic blizzard just before Christmas?
That'd be a hell of a present.

No Job, and I'm still sitting at home and not skiing. Meh.

Besides NYSEF and Mountain Adventure Kids and families, there were not too many people on the hill. Less than last Saturday. What's open was in good shape, best run in my book being Quicksilver.

Skied well again today. Things had set up put were broken up pretty well by the piston bullies. Lots of chunks and it turned ot sugar by mid afternoon. It's good just to be out skiing, hopefully they can return to snowmaking Monday night.

Sunday wasn't bad. It's better than not skiing (?).

best ski day of the year for me. foxlair and quicksilver were prime! sunway and ruby run were okay. showcase to sleighride was mehh. anything that didnt have snowmaking on it was pretty rock solid. everything else was really good. nice soft bumps! a few wet guns but once those were off they skied in nicely.
