Hickory Jazz and BBQ Aug 21st

Note from Shawn Dempsey this morning:

"Hickory extends an invite to all for a BBQ at the mountain this Sunday. There will be a jazz band playing and snow dag is doing the food, also beer and wine will be available from 4 to 8pm.

We will be doing this again on Sunday August 21st."

In other news:

The Hickory Ski Center 2011-2012 season pass sale price has been extended to Aug. 21st.

Juniors for $115.00, adults for $229.00.

Sounds like a good time, ill be there if all goes according to plan.

Did anyone attend? How was it?

Wanted to, but couldn't find information anywhere.  Nobody on the FB page said anything, I even asked about it and didn't get any responses. The website had no details either.
