If any other person put classified govt material on a private server they would be in prison right now.  Her biggest fear right now is if she doesn't get elected she is going to jail.  A gop attorney general will have the FBI cuff her with days of the inauguration.

Again. She is not going to jail. I want those Volkls. I'll bet you that a Republican Attorney general doesn't go after her, because that's not how things are done (see: Obama doesn't go after GW and Cheney for torture policies)

He'll never take the bets. He knows as well as we do that she's not going to jail. Why he keeps saying she will is just blatant propaganda on his part.

As the GW Bush administration was ending, I had an idiot friend who was convinced that Bush would declare martial law and declare himself President until the War on Terror and Fiscal Crisis were contained. Some people think Obama is going to do something similar. Hillary going to jail is on that level of delusion. It will NEVER happen over this Benghazi bullshit. Those accusations of classified document storage are such bullshit - the classification system is so complicated and stupid, there's an enormous gray area between what is classified and what isn't. And there is no chance of a win if she is even prosecuted, which she won't be.

I agree - Hillary won't go to jail, if she gets even close Box-O-Rocks will pardon her.
So I'd like in on that bet as well, not that I think she is clean or this is a bunch of BS, but rather because the system won't let it happen.
