just noticed Hunter shut down snowmaking??? It's well bellow freezing, wonder why..

What trails will be open this weekend?  Hoping for more than Hellgate Broadway Kennedy.  Hopefully Belt will be open as well.

i will be there on friday..i hope they open belt to disperse the crowds..C will be helpful too

I don't know what's going on up there...    Right now it's 36 degrees and feels damp out...
Got a couple inches of fluff last night..

No chance...  Mossy Brook maybe..  But no snowmaking on Belt..

Holy wow, the forecast got super bad this afternoon. Ughhhhh

They will have 24hrs to repair the damage..Should be interesting..

They will have the following trails on Friday.  Hellgate, 7th Avenue, Kennedy, Fifth Avenue, Off Broadway, Mossy Brook, and Gramercy Park, they will be served by four lifts which will be Kaatskill Flyer, B-lift, C-lift, and D-Lift.  Snowmaking will resume tonight and will soon be expanded to Belt Parkway, and The Battery.

I will be on the 6 pack in 14 hours!

Did Hunter do any improvements in Snow Making or infrastructure?

I skied Hunter today from 9-12:30
Conditions where good for opening day, no lift lines but with only one trail open. At times it looked like Omaha Beach. Still a fun day..
