Killington Opening Before Sunday River? 10/18/15

7:30 pm 10/15/15-- Winter starts when we say so and we say it starts Sunday, October 18! Season Pass and Express Card holders can start their 2015-16 seasons on Sunday at noon, and The Beast will open to the Public on Monday, October 19 at 9:00 a.m.

Buy your Season Pass or Express card before midnight tonight for the best deal and use it on Sunday. Be sure to bring your mountain bikes on Sunday too, and take advantage of the rare opportunity to ride Killington on a bike, skis or a snowboard all on the same October day. Stay tuned for more details.

The Killington Bike Park offers lift served terrain for all ability levels daily through October 18, 2015 out of Snowshed Lodge with the Snowshed Express Quad running daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The K-1 Express Gondola, Peak Lodge, Beast Mountain Coaster and Skyeride will all reopen Saturday and Sunday, October 17-18 for their final weekend of the foliage season.

With leaves falling and frosty mornings, we've got our sights set on winter. Our snowmakers are lined up and ready to go - are you? Grab your season pass, Express Card or day tickets early to save the most cash.

Nothing in that video told me that they were opening Sunday or Monday...

I received an email that they are opening on Sunday at noon for pass holders and Monday at 9 for the general public.

Not sure if I'm going Sunday or not.

RONKON has already skied the Toll Road!  

^ saw that. I think I'll wait until Monday to start my season at Killington, too.

If the Toll Road still has snow on it next weekend, I might head up for some XC-style fun.
