Wow, what balls on these people. They expect to attract major capitol, but, they're going to tell that investor(s) how the whole thing is going to be developed, led by a guy who managed to bankrupt a major ski resort company, including the most popular hill in Vermont. Jezuz.

Les is a work of art!  He could totally fund the project himself, but isn't willing to take the least bit of risk.

I chuckled at the bit about his "proven track record." He amassed an enormous amount of debt for ASC, and then went bankrupt. He couldn't even sell his resorts to cover the debt he created.
