Local Wildlife

Our town has at least a couple resident bears (which is news because we’re not at all rural- full on suburbia) but I haven’t seen them yet. The local parents’ FB groups light up every time somebody sees them though.

Greetings brownski. I actually moved from LI to my weekend house/ now permanent house in the Poconos. I see more wildlife here than at the zoo. I live on the edge of the wilds. I also live less than 2 miles from lift service for skiing.

Sad end to the front door nest story. All four eggs disappeared over night. I’m thinking one of the local owls might be the culprit
