Mad River Glen

Peter Minde
Yesterday, Mad River Glen served as race HQ for the App Gap roller ski race. From the finish, we had to walk down a snowshoe trail and Periwinkle (and some others) to get to the lodge. If only I skied alpine, this place looks great. Thanks to MRG for a great BBQ.

You can't go wrong if your ski center has this sign in the mens room:

Ha! I always thought it was funny that a place known for its single chair has a six-man urinal. I guess the one on the left is for shy dudes.

The little one is for the kids, one of MRG's most important demographics.

Not sure how you fit six men into a three person trough unless you are also pissing in the sinks or getting a little too close to the other guests...

Actually, that's the Mad River Quad. Like most quads, it's a little more comfortable for 2 or 3, but it works for 4.

Reminds me of the old Fenway Park.
