I'm starting to think that PowAss has never actually skied a glade, never skied bumps, and never skied anywhere we he has had to avoid anything.

Pics or STFU.
I've never skied a glade and never would.

Can we wrap up this ridiculous topic and move on to whatever nonsense PowAss throws out next?
I've got an even better idea.  How about we wrap up this ridiculous topic and IGNORE whatever nonsense PowderPrick throws out next.

You agreed with the added labor required to maintain skiing quality and fence all trails. If this added safety were a marketable feature, ie you could add the price into the lift ticket, would people pay for it?
No I didn't

Do you guys argue more with your friends and family as winter approaches?
Not argue, but I'm definitely more of a miserable person this time of year.

Really? I'm just the opposite. I feel it getting close and everyone is getting amped up about new gear, passes and what not. You must have done your Lock out-tag out - handbook and other training by now. Doesn't it make you feel back in the swing and feel good to see some folks you have not seen since last April?

I love this time of the year...it's all ahead of me and I'm pumped.

I'm not working at the mountain this year, so, no, that never happened.

For the last few years, though, it's been a mixed bag. Excitement to ski and enjoyment of seeing familiar faces is tempered by shitty new rules/restrictions/requirements and boring, repetitive training sessions. A lot of people skipped those training sessions, and I don't blame them.

Trip planning, new gear acquisition, and cautious optimism for the year make me feel good. But since that shitty winter a few seasons back, I try not to get too crazy about saying "This year's gonna RULE!"

With all your certification, experience and skills they must have hated losing you. If you ever want back in you should think about WF. The new snow sports director really knows his stuff and is a great guy.

I'll talk with you about this when I make it up to WF this year because I suddenly have a lot of free time.

I should have stated that more clearly, you acknowledged that taking fencing up and down nightly was impractical. It is not impossible, hire a bunch of people and charge more for lift tickets was my point - which again goes against the PA rant that skiing costs too much. That was my point.

Yeah NJ, do a trip report on a typical day at WF for you, beginning to end. That would be historical and hysterical.

You were disrespectful to me on numerous occasions before I said anything to you. Let's get real. On top of it, your statements about hoping for death on the slopes is disturbing. You keep trying to make this some macho thing of who skis the most bllah....I don't care. It's just an internet forum.

You seriously need to calm down. You think I let one people like you or these other monkeys flaming me bother me on the internet? Hell no. It's not a surprise. In fact it's expected for them to flame me. I know their psychology.
