North Creek- Mountain Biking

Took a trip up to North Creek to check out their new Mountain bike trails on Saturday.  

Trails are very fun, they have a little bit of everything with interconnecting looks, nice use of the land on Curly, Hoot is a very fun trail.  Took the Red trail skiers right down and came upon the North Creek Look Out.


After the ride we went and walked around the busy town, and grabbed a bite to eat.


Also noted the sand berms/jumps that are being built on the lower section.  Boy oh boy it looks like it would make for a SWEET flow trail- does anyone know if this is in the books for bikes or is it just a Skier X course?


Trails were getting a ton of use on Saturday, met some internet dorks in the woods up there nice to put a face to the name

I agree, it is awesome to have this in North Creek.

Dirt work on Moxham is for skier/boarder cross.

It would surprise me if that dirt was for ski/ board cross, because those piles are not that big, and it would be easy for Gore's large snowmaking infrastructure to build those piles out of snow. At this point it seems like they would just be difficult to keep snow on.

Nice pics. Yes, those are definitely the boardercross piles.

But no reason they couldn't turn that into a flow mountain bike trail (although it might be a little steep in its current configuration).

Man the ski Bowl is so much fun.  New trail finished in the last few days... The long trail so sweet!

Pretty good full suspension with really good components for what he paid.
