Why don't she just bend over and pull it out or hit it with some round up.  GEEZ in the amount of time she spends going to meeting she could probably have it all pulled out in the neighborhood.  I'm guessing she wants it gone but wants someone else to do it for her.

and SQURREILS !!! They're always messing with me. Had one chew into my chimney and it nested in there. I waited a long time for her to raise her babies before I went up to close the hole. Well one day, there I was on the ladder, 35' up in the air to fix the hole, and out pops,,,, SQUIRREL !!!.

We were face to face, eyeball to eyeball  exchanging the evil eye in an aerial stare off . She jumped to escape my fearsome countenance.

Damn Squirrels.

HAHAHAHA ! That's cool.

I used to have a second story apartment and had a bird feeder on the deck. The Squirrels would raid it so I got a Super soaker water gun. Blast the Squirrel and he would go " AHHHHHH ! " and fall off. Soon though, they got smart and they hid behind the corner post of the railing when they heard me pumping up  the water gun.

So there it was, Squirrel peering out from behind the post, me waiting to blast them.

My dad and I both get poison ivy really bad and we have to be extremely careful about being near it.  I don't know how one could enforce this law though.  I think that removing poison ivy from all town parks and public areas is a very sensible thing to do.  However, if someone lets it get out of control in their backyard, what's the big deal?  You're gonna fine people for not getting rid of it.  Maybe this only means that it must be removed from areas where people can be in contact with it.
I've lived in New York my entire life.

Weed -b-gone works great. I spray it on the grass woods edge and about 10' into the woods, it keeps all the stuff from growing and keeps the woods looking nice.
Don't ski the trees, ski the spaces between the trees.
