In all the times I've skied down Highmount from the Deer Run connector, I wasn't aware that there are trails below the base lodge/road -- is that what I'm seeing?

looks like the bottom of highmount is bellow the upper lodge..

I'm talking about this road below the Friends double chair (the lodge is a couple hundred yards to the looker's right) -- the trails continue below it?
