Recommendation for house for 14 at Hunter or Windham

Hi folks,

Could anyone recommend a great house for rent either Jan 13-15 or Jan 20-22 at Hunter or Windham?

It's a banner birthday for me and I'd like to gather friends from near and far for a weekend of skiing and cooking together.

I'm seeking:
* Sleeps 14 or so
* A kitchen that loves being cooked in
* A big dining area
* A fireplace
* Near or at Hunter or Windham

Extras that'd be great:
* a hot tub
* slope-side (never done that! Would love to)
* a beautiful home - we're all past or nearing 40 - so I'd love to find a nice home for this weekend since I know we we'll take care of it and appreciate the attention the owners have given it.

I am not 100% sure who is handling the rental properties in terms of off-site homes but she is the Assistant General Manager of the Kaatskill Mountain Club and could certainly be of assistance!

Have you tried VRBO?  We've had good success in renting homes in Colorado and Utah through this.  It's nice because you can usually see pictures of all of the rooms and a very detailed description of each home, whereas booking through a resort's central reservations system yields much less information.  Good luck.
