Rental near Phoenicia?

I want to treat the GF to a couple of days of tubing, and maybe invite some of our friends to come hang out. Does anyone have a nice lead they could put me in touch for? Bonus for ping pong, hot tub, close to the esopus, or other nice clean stream, etc.

I have stayed in the weyside, which is not in phonecia but relatively close. Reasonable, and clean.

Hi,
My kids godmothers rent their place in West Hurley for the summer. No Hot tub, but a nice old country house on a nice property with a pool. It is very cute and woodsy, near the Ashokan Res. I have spent quite a bit of time there with my kids, and it is my winter base of operations in the Catskills. It is about 20-25 minutes from phonecia, 15 from woodstock.

There are some other cute airbnb options in the area also...

She really wanted to be in Phoenicia for sweet sue's and quick dips in the esopus, and we ended up in Chichester.... We had a great time. Here's a shot from the yard! Now let's get ready for winter!!!!!!!
