Was thinking of picking up new boots this year. Anyone skiing on Dalebello Krypton Cross ID or Full Tilt 1st Chair

Fischer SOMA boots. A stable difference you can feel.

Example.... Ever hit wet snow from a gun and fall from it? With the added stability of SOMA you will not fall because of a wet gun.

I bought the FT Classic this year, also got the optional 8 flex tongue. The First Chair is more or less the same boot but has the 10 flex, which would be very stiff. Easy to get on and off, great fit on my average feet, warmest and lightest alpine boots I have ever had. The flex feels very "progessive" and I really like the way they ski. My only complaint is that the cable/buckle system is a bit fiddly. That fiddliness, however, allows a wide range of fit adjustment. No regrets on this purchase. If you have wide feet, the FT is probably not for you.
