Ski Cabin - No Affiliation

Not exactly what I'm after but might fit the bill for some.  Location is perfect for access to Gore/Siamese ponds.  Lots of land too - looks to be on a small 250' bump that might have it's own lapping merits.  No idea if the road is plowed during winter.

I really like little buildings.

Somebody found the NYSB cabin through a Google search and has asked if they can visit to pull precise plans.  A replica is going to be built within a few miles.  Not sure how I feel about that?

Plus the contractor I hooked him up with will probably do a nicer job than what we got!

Totally with ya Harv. I dig camps! I just bought an A-frame/cabin thing near GP, closing is set for July 1 and I'm pretty pumped about it.

I'm not sure I would've let someone just "steal" my cabin plans tho....i bet you put a lot of time and energy into building yours, so why just let someone have it??? Hopefully they'll be buying you dinner or something.

It may not have septic, well or electric.
I like the taxes, although it is likely now assessed as a livable structure since it is listed as a vacant lot.

Will do. She's been neglected for the past few years, needs a little TLC and some elbow grease, but I can make a lady out of 'er

Even has a little pond which my pups are gonna love!! Can even blast chucks right off the back deck.
