Figured we should start one of these. Make one post, then continue to edit it as you rack up more ski days.

I've been tracking my ski days for like 15 years now...have a spreadsheet that I made...always interesting to see how many ski days people on a ski forum like this get in on average...usually around 30 for me living in the flatlands...
this years goal is 50...see if I can pull it off... Projected Day #1 December 2nd - Whiteface - 3 days and counting...
Skiing is not a sport, it is a way of life.

I think this would be a lot more interesting if you included the costs of your lift tickets. If it's your home hill write season pass next to the date, if not put the cost of your day ticket next to the date. At the end of the season you can add up your days at your home mountain and divide them into your season pass price. Add everything up for a season total.
Just a thought. |
I would like to contribute to the awesome thread.
I will ski everyday I want to!! |

It's a good thought. I tracked my days for the first time last year, on the notepad app on my phone. I'm gonna add tickets prices this year. I'm about halfway through Warren Miller's autobiography; he breaks down his first couple seasons' expenses, pretty much to the penny. That guy knew how to save money.

Combo of 9 full/partial days in at WF thus far. Not going to track. Getting out each ski day is a gift of sorts..I'm going with that. I turn a lot. I make the most of even a partial day out, so in my case the number of days is irrelevant. I focus on making the most of each day out. Not frowning on those who track, just chose not to do so.

I lost track of how many days I got in this year but I know I could have done more. In spite of having a pretty good year, I feel like I left a lot on the table, especially towards the end. How bout the rest of you...
