What the heck is a "pillow of fresh snow"?  Must be a western thing.  Definitely have not seen those under the lifts yet this year.

This seems a bit suspect...who gets pushed off a ski lift, 20-25 feet high, and doesn't report it?

It'd be nice to see the look on the faces of the patrol and/or management when he walked in at the end of the day and said "Hey, some dude shoved me off the ski lift 6 hours ago."

Back in the 90s when Watsons shelter was beside Hamburger hill it was not unusual to see people jump off the Wildcat lift at Alta. I was stuck on the Germania high speed quad when a main transformer blew, After about 15min I saw people jump the lift into the trees headed up the last rise. It was a powder day.

I saw another story about it on the Fox News website, so I think now we're getting a little insight.  Surprisingly, their version did not identify the skier as Obama, and his comment as the boarder was shoved off referencing affordable health care.
