Skiwear Over The Years

A nice selection of outfits dug up by UK's The Guardian: LINK

1945 seems to have been a high mark for U.S. ski fashion.

I see lots of rocker on the early wood skis.

I have a pair of wooden skis in my wall that are 108" long, they have a lot of rocker in the tip.

I also have a pic of my father skiing in the late 40's, I would have to say that the fashion in the late 40's was pretty good, although I think they were fair weather skiers.

I remember when I thought I was hot shit in my red one piece.
Don't ski the trees, ski the spaces between the trees.
