Storm Speculation 11/20-21 2016

We got well over a foot here Binghamton area...on the table that's our our deck it looks like 16 or 17 inches although some of that may have blown there.

How'd things go farther north? Any ski areas get hit good?

Camp - how did GP do?

10-12" in LP as of yesterday 3:00pm

We got about 16" in Endicott.

Still coming down hard in Potsdam.  Whiteface says they got over a foot already and it's still snowing.

And SJ, I do have boots for the ADK winter.  I just wasn't using them when it was 60 out.

snolco, if you hit up whiteface on Friday please write a trip report...im debating if its worth the drive for the weekend

I won't be there on Friday as I can't stay on campus during Thanksgiving Weekend.  I'll be at Belleayre on Saturday and either WF or Gore on Sunday.

whiteface getting into pretty good upslope snow now

I talked to someone at McCauley in Old Forge.  As of 2pm, she said they've gotten about 14-16 inches with more coming down.  However, with the gusty winds, the snow's being blown around and there are plenty of bare areas.  

They're still planning on a Dec 10th opening.

It is still nuking snow in the notch and in LP

Noticed some wind blowing from the east once we got to Wilmington so that maybe a sign the lake effect is going to die out though.
