Storm Speculation: 12/20 - 12/22/14

It's a ways out, but seeing some chatter about the possibility for another nice noreaster next weekend. It's Monday and many people are back at work so why not start the speculation?

I was going to start this one and call it........

Sno Storm Speculation 12/20?

The Euro has been one of the better (more accurate) models so far this season, and that model has the storm tracking to be an I95 kind of storm.  Henry and his maps over at Accuweather seem to put the snow potential from Albany south through Jersey, and there could be heavy snow.

Could the next Powder Day that PowAss doesn't make actually be at Loco's beloved Mountain Crick?

Yes, Snoloco.....there is (maybe) a Santa Claus!

What about the clipper tomorrow/Wednesday?

Bastardi is getting all excited about the potential for this one

As we all know, it's the one's they get all excited about that we have to worry about............not happening.

Not to be a buzz kill..The latest Euro (12hrs behind) has a  flatter and  further east and quicker system. Than the previous run..Gfs has basically nothing..

Still a week away..anything can happen..

Really doesn't mean anything Jason, I like where we stand ATM for this storm on Saturday/Sunday.

The storm threat on Sunday looks significantly reduced as the storm will be much weaker than originally expected so it should remain just snow showers. Have a nice day Hudson Valley!
