Since I was in Boston by Thursday night, I drove 2 hours up to Tenney Mountain in NH on Friday. Just re-opened after 8 years this week after a dump of 14 inches. New owners have been working very hard for a few years. I can understand why locals are so happy to have the 1300 ft ski area operational again. Nothing was groomed for Opening Day, 3/7/2018. There was a little grooming for Friday but a few trails will be left ungroomed. Only the Hornet lift was open. Classic old school New England trails.
Tenney Mountain, Plymouth, NH, a few miles from I-93

Tracks under lift line near the top, lift line open for skiing almost all the way down

Still a bit more work to do on the lodge, but it's functional
