Snowballs

It's been snowing like a banshee. I cleared my front walk 50 mins ago, just went out and cleared another measured 3 inches off.  Over 7 inches total. @ X18. 26 degrees. 465 ft Elevation. The snow is heavy and wet.

YNN runs live local News all night. Their weatherman just said the Bull's Eye of this storm will be Northern Warren County.

Bet Gore/WF get 1.5 - 2 ft of snow.

God Bless Ma Nature.

10" of dense snow at Shaman HQ. Precip has been changing back and forth between sleet, snow and a misty ncp. Plowing was a little more like landscaping this morning...
Gotta go to know

7 inches at my house in Queensbury, but boy was it heavy.  The snow blower balked a bit at the plow bank.  I drove to Clifton Park and nothing down there.  Nice shot of it on Gore's photo of the day.  Too bad the ground isn't frozen yet.  10-inches over an unfrozen base could be interesting, but at least it's a start.

there will be no begineer terrian at WF or likely anywhere else - not a good idea unless you plan on leaving your friend sitting in the lodge

we are now over a foot at my house

Killington has Great Northern open from top-to-bottom. And they're still running the Buy-one-get-one offer. The dangerous part is how insane the crowds are going to be on the WROD.

50 degrees and sunny on a flat slope with 4" inches of base does not make for a good way to have your first day of skiing ever
