Storm speculation: 3/10 - 3/11/11

I don't know how we will avoid a moderate to heavy rain event this coming Thursday and Friday..With a low to our west and and strong high off the coast, that's a recipe for disaster..

I'm hoping for snow at higher elevations, temps. look like very much borderline.

Better than an icy beast.

After looking at the 18z run..I am more optimistic that the north country will be avoiding a total wash out..It will rain but it seems to be less qpf and a bit quicker..I don't expect any real snow on the backside ....Suds you  might be right about the bulls eye...
