Summit Cone Pariah

Has anyone skied or even seen these in the wild? They are reviewed (favorably) in the Backcountry Gear Issue which I thought was cool. Just hard to get any additional info on a small manufacturer niche ski. I also think it's funny that you void the warranty if you DON'T mount them with tele bindings.

Does that imply the only time you might need the warranty is with Tele?

If anything wouldn't it imply the opposite?

Bristol, Swain, Holiday Valley.  Sometimes Gore or WF.

I have some skis mounted Tele as well, but I'm not all that great at it.

He meant like this ---- of course it will void your warranty. Put real bindings on a fake ski and my sister would rip them off

Actually I meant it this way:  Doesn't mounting Telemark imply that your gear is going to fail at some point?

If you mount them Alpine they'll ski fine for years and you'll never need a warranty

I love the game and lift tickets. I also like trip reports and minutia.

I’m curious as to who is producing the skis for the Fey brothers. I like the dimensions and it’s nice to see that someone is focusing on the telemarket, which although small, is underserved, IMO.
