It's back in place, and I have an appt with a orthopedic specialist in s couple days, to double check for anything that might have been missed. I've been keeping it in a sling, but I've already been starting working on the range of motion, apparently the older you are, the more important it is NOT to immobilize it for very long. (Assuming no other damage). And yeh, it's going to be a slow process getting back to full strength.
