Or, How To Post A GIF.
This... <img src="https://i.giphy.com/media/l2Sq3KXmHYngGqUaA/giphy.webp"/> ...gets you this:  You need the URL of the GIF, not the page it's on. Ok so it's not exactly simple, but you can do it. Or not. (Oddly with a very few gifs — like the NY Radar shot — you can up load them just like a regular image. Not sure why.) Practice! Post funny or awesome gifs here.
