The Gear Source in North Creek: Upgrades

Just wanted to let everyone know that the last 2 months we have been remodeling the store quite substantially. We have increased the size of our ski tuning and bike shop as well as increased the size and offerings of our retail space. One of the things I am most proud of is the espresso bar we have put in our store. We now are a ski bike and coffee shop. When you are in town check us out grab a latte or a brewski and sit on the new deck out front. We have free internet and as always good conversation. We will be running some coffee for gear deals soon. Basically 10% of your coffee purchases go toward gear, tuning ect. Check us out sometime.

Be Kind,

Jeff

Just off Rt 28 on the corner of Rt28N and Ordway Lane. The store looks awesome, and the coffee bar is a great addition!

Nicely done! I love the idea of having an outdoor shop become a community hang out. I can't think of anything like that around here. Except maybe a local coffee shop downtown where road bikers sometimes gather in very small groups for a brew.

Nice website!  Is that Moraine Lake in the picture? I was there this summer and recognized it.

We had to use a picture of out west. We could not find any photos of snow in the adirondacks.

The tunes are first rate (if you like that Dead vibe, man).  JP and Adam are also excellent repairing and honing snowsports tools.

I highly recommend the double espresso, Colombian brew with Cane Syrup to crank your caffeine meter.

The Cat formerly known as Moxham now has a good home and snuggles with her adopted 14 year mother, a lab named Natasha.  The Cat answers to Stokes and comes when she is called.

Overheard in recent conversations at Soapbox Hour are politics, religion, how much better we ski after visiting Vermont and such balderdash as Long Trail Ale in cans is what true Tree Skiers favor.

Just sayin'.

See you for a Colombian on my way to the Hill.

Speaking of which, I have to stop by and drop off some skis. They are missing a large chunk of base from last year's efforts...
