I know it's old ---- I'd never heard of it before and just stumbled upon it while looking something else up. It's so friggin weird that it intrigued me.

Obviously never heard of it ' but Allen Dulles head of CIA at the time had roots in NNY ' Watertown to be specific.His bro JOhn Foster Dulles was Secretary of State under Eisenhower .

But that whole melieu on that project is some pretty scary and awful chit
