Taco Bell/KFC partners with Titus Mountain Terrain Park Program
February 13, 2017 Malone, NY – Taco Bell/KFS of Malone has become the official sponsor of Titus Mountain Terrain Parks, known as Moon Valley Parks in the terrain park community. The sponsorship will help to create an elevated park experience for skiers and riders to enjoy at Titus Mountain Family Ski Center. Moon Valley Parks is home to three terrain parks: The Little Tykes Park, Mo’s Stash Park, and the newly crowned “Live Más Terrain Park.” Taco Bell of Malone is owned and operated by M&W Foods, Inc. M&W Foods, Inc. owns and operates Taco Bell and numerous other Quick Service Restaurants throughout the state. The sponsorship supports the daily operations of the Park program, including the continual update of park equipment and event and competition needs. The new partnership between Titus Mountain and Taco Bell/KFC will allow the Terrain Park program to grow throughout the next 3 years. “The Taco Bell brand has always embodied a legacy of progressive menu choices and bold flavors, and we’re beyond excited to partner with Moon Valley Parks to help the bold and progressive skiers and snowboarders that terrain parks host,” said Ray Aley, Franchisee. The partnership is also a boost for local youth in the area who frequent the park. “Our local company is also deeply engrained in supporting community activities, and this is another way that we are giving back to both the members of our local communities and the businesses within them,” said Aley. In addition to this sponsorship, Aley and his other restaurants, including Dunkin Donuts, are large supporters of Adirondack for Kids. Staff at Titus Mountain are excited to embrace the partnership and see their park program flourish after it has already grown rapidly in the past two years. Titus Mountain recently hosted two Freestyle Competitions as part of the Empire State Winter Games (ESWG) for the second year. “We have a phenomenal park crew, all the way from our awesome groomers to the guys dreaming up features. Our latest course for the ESWG cements that fact into history,” said Brittany Taylor, director of marketing at Titus Mountain. “Getting the support from M&W and Taco Bell is just another way to legitimize the Moon Valley Parks name and create a bright future for the program.” Resort visitors will see increased Taco Bell brand presence, from park event days and park features to marketing collateral and social media. More information about Moon Valley Parks, their events, and the Taco Bell sponsorship can be found online at www.titusmountain.com/moon-valley-parks. Remember to “Live Más” at Titus Mountain!
