I would like to see a giant pump house put over at whiteface landing.  Bring tons of water over the the back side and put water pipes all over the mountain.  A couple dozen snowguns across the ridgeline and pound the slides all year long.  If you build it they will come.

Wow, some of the dysfunctional relationships in here. It's like hanging out with your friends that are breaking up, totally unbearable! Could you keep the beef to a single thread, or if it goes back more than a year get over it already?

It's "open" plenty.  It's so big, with so many different aspects - there always seems to be some skiable line in there from about mid-January on.

It's "open" plenty.  It's so big, with so many different aspects - there always seems to be some skiable line in there from about mid-January on.

It's skied a lot but it's not technically open and being an Employee has its drawbacks in this case as I can't poach it

If they just blow it once and don't groom it there would be more base so when it snowed it would be better.  Ilast yr I had a ski hit the reef midway down and got launched.  Not fun.  No one want to see it groomed and become like Skyward all I ask for is a little base over the rocky spots.

I agree all the aspects are what make it my fav trail at WF

Not sure if Sno ever read my bio but Harv is right.  I started teaching at Vernon Valley so I'm very familiar with it but I don't hold it in high regard.  It was not a good mt or ski school back then.  I got going there and moved on to whiter pastures.  I did meet my wife there though.
