You forgot the best part, Bernie is proposing a new regulation that required Dairy farmers to attach a methane capture "tail" pipe for each cow, the captured methane will reduce green house emissions and provide for the countries natural gas fuel needs not to mention providing the dairy industry with another source of revenue. Cower to the people.

Vt power has had a poo power program for some time now. They help farms get set up. Farmer's actually make $$$ from poo power. Probably greatly reduces run off, too. This is a big issue.

And yes it does reduce methane which is 20x more potent than CO2 greenhouse wise. Mooooooo.
