Valentines Day/Night

Any big plans? Wife working this weekend and I'm staying home to get a few things done.
$5.99/lb. lobster at our local grocery store....two in my Suby on death row purchase moments ago. Thought I'd give them a few more hours before heading to the pot. Does this qualify me for going to hell, or justify getting a pass? Couldn't pass up the bargain price, and yes, they are alive at the moment. Current temp in parking lot at my office is 33 degrees. I think they'll make it alive to the pot!

Might go see "Downhill".

Daughter has a sleep over elsewhere. Partay!

Rather be skiing or at least headed north, but I got outvoted.

Love the cottage. Trader Joe’s tacos ,store bought sushi and Tito’s . Going well here. I’ll teach you how to do Mother’s Day in the spring

I bought the misses chocolate covered berries and she picked up the movie “Ford vs Ferrari” and we had a night in.

A dinner and movie date ,we saw 1917 a great flick .

Saw it Friday night.......weird that they are marketing it as a valentine movie, since it is not really romantic.

It also was a remake of a Swedish movie, so it is not a broad, slapstick American style comedy like you would expect from Will Ferrell.  More of the Greek notion of comedy.

Good scenery and cool avalanche......but you can probably wait for it to be available on your television.

We watched Ford vs Ferrari last night. Loved it.

We both enjoyed it, it was a good pic. I remember seeing a Shelby cobra at a 7-11 in Virginia back in the 60s. Very cool.

Watched it yesterday, great movie.

If you've seen Gran Torino, you'll probably remember people going gaga over the car.  My dad had two of them when I was a kid.  Rear wheel drive, vinyl seats (think summer and shorts), no air conditioning, looking up at a back seat window only to see the sky.  I thought it was a piece of crap then.  Still do.
