Where to get a GOOD weather report?

So, wunderground took over intellicast. I quit looking at wunderground a while back because the website is too cluttered. They have done the same thing to intellicast. I want a quick look at my local weather, including precipitation and wind chill, by the hour, so I can plan how to dress and what to do with my pony. Is there such a thing anymore??

I already miss intellicast.  Wunderground radar still showing last evening.   I use the National weather service site.  Alllow am accurate hourly forecast.   Use for hiking a lot   Just no radar.

Forecast.weather.gov.     Then use local or intended zip code.   The 48 hour
Hourly is accurate.    Percent change of rain.   Cloudcover percent also helpful for hiking doesn’t matter as much for skiing.   Wind speeds too

Every morning I check the replacement to intellicast which is wunderground for the Binghamton radar which covers the adk.  Since the change last week it freezes at 645 pm.  Everyday.  It resets later in the morning and is fine but nothing last 12 hours.  Everyday.  Frustrating.

Does anyone use the Dark Skies app?

I used to use AccuWeather, but ran into the same crappy ad problem. I now have the Yahoo weather app that works okay, but seems kinda buggy.
