Which ski area does everyone think has the longest lift lines in New York State, the East, and the entire country?  I would say Hunter for NY

I've lived in New York my entire life.

I was at Plattekill that day, looks like I made a good choice.

Hunter & Loon have been the worst for me. Probably that "close" proximity to the big city thing.

I was there, but I don't remember it being quite that bad, must be I stayed up top as much as possible. I do remember Belt Parkway being pretty scary. I didn't make it to Hunter at all last year. I did ski Platty quite a bit, five times, I think. Yeah, Hunter has to be right up there for crowds. I've been to Killington mid season on a Friday, that was pretty scary too. I ended up skiing Killington in the morning, Pico in the afternoon. I remember what a relief it was skiing Pico, the difference was startling. I was half expecting a blanket on the chair.
