Whiteface Lookout Triple closing question

I look forward to ski Wilmington trail, but will make it to Whiteface only on April 9th.

If Whiteface should be open, how does it look for the triple?

I don’t have a weather crystal ball, but based on the long range forecast and the snow we have, I’d say it looks pretty good.

i'd say that the odds are not good - that lift and all grooming will likely be the first to be cut to save money since it only serves one trail

also even with all the snow it it pretty thin in several spots from the wind and it is supposed to be pretty warm next week

I'll have to take that chance. Upcoming weekend weather looks better for Gore, that's where I'll be.
