You couldn't afford the property taxes on that place.

They give you $250,000 and a new Honda SUV that I could sell for a bit more money. That'd give me a few good years, then I could sell the place to some Sheik and live like a king somewhere cheaper for the rest of my life.

Matt, for that place and that area, I'll pay the fuckin' taxes. I'll tolerate your beliefs so long as you stay on your side of the house, I'll stay on mine.

The home is ski /in /out but a long way to and from any significant lift, if any NYSB folks win I'll throw in a couple of lift tickets.
Oh, the skiing was great today with two days of too tree fore .

Early AM 5" provided smooth first tracks for the faithful. Sometimes you hit it just right, seven runs, six untracked. First chairs + first through two opening gates.It doesn't happen too often.Patience and luck go a long way with local knowledge.

The never was very big mt. opened dec. 6 with just the backside and upper t bar. Frequent light snow thru the week and a little storm of 8 to 12 dense was enough to open the front on dec. 13. Top of the hill is in good shape , the bottom needs more.

Thanks RA for the blast from the past.A lot of folks really miss the old days. Lots of snow in our forcast , the big question is how high the snow level goes.
