Why has the winter been so warm

This article is written for weather dumdums (like me) to help us understand what the heck is going on.....from what I can gather this Gent is also saying that later this month and into march temps are gonna get cold so it could be game on!!!

This winter's weather has been so pathetic I haven't participated much in this forum and everytime you guys throw some hope...I haven't seen it...but with the rodent saying 6 more weeks of winter, paired with the possibility of cold weather coming and my going on a Caribbean cruise ...
I'd say the first two weeks of March are going to be stormy with multiple epic powder days

I know it was written so I could understand it...you weather dudes (at timess) can be confusing as hell

Oh yea, March 15 thru 18 is gonna B off the hook....I just know it.....JasonWx called it first
