Ready to start a new year...
Don't give a shit about politics...   I just hope it rains soon..

My band kicked me out for wanting to change too much in songs...  
Started a new one - but it's not a bar band.
Although I do have an acoustic Grateful Dead thing I put together that was popular at the beginning of the summer..

Didn't have a Hunter pass last year - picked up the Peaks pass AS SOON as they went on sale and rode out the last of that crappy year last year...

Thinking of heading out to either CO or WY to visit friends this winter..

Dead and Company suck...  Heading to see Phish in Vegas for Halloween.

Tough to be a creative musician when there's a lead singer in the band..  Lead singers kind of suck like that.

then don't come in here beating your chest about how much you love and respect our veterans and the military service.  Or how much you support the police!  Like it or not politics sets the agenda and direction of our country.  And like it or not it's always been an ugly, nasty affair.  Voting against Trump is absolutely in the best interest of this Country and the world.

Man - anyone that can just walk off a stage while the band is cooking should keep walking...  Pick up a drum... A guitar... A tambourine..  anything... Maybe talk between songs... Entertain...  fuck lead singers... really...
