OK, ward hill is a lot less than twister, so trail count isnt a great gague. But is there any justification fot the claim? The mountain didnt feel 70% open today.
Is there any justification for any ski area math? It's like snow totals or # of inches of base, divide by 3 at least, they all do it, some more than others.
I was there Sunday. I heard Snowbowl was open but you couldn't ski to it. The double wasn't running, and Cloud was the only way down that side. Pine Not This Year and Sagamore weren't open, no Rumor headwall and no glades. Even Joe's Run was closed.
I'd say maybe 50%. 30% if you count glades.
