Well this thread has gone to page four and this hasn't been said yet, it's driving me crazy.

You do know that pizza is like sex ---- when it's good it's great and when it's bad it's still pretty good.

Re: Best pizza in the 5 boroughs

I just googled "best pizza in Upstate NY" and one of the first places that came up was Oakleys in Arkville. For all you Plattekill guys I highly recommend it. It's right on 28 on the left (east bound) in a little shack. You have to park on the side of the road which is sketchy, but it's definitely a cool place. And great food. Pizza is just a part of it. One of the things I find interesting is that the bartender is an old grandmotherly lady who acts more like a 25 year old girl.

Anyone eaten there?

There is too much red in that map, should go no further north than the GW bridge...

Yet there is some "pizza" that is so bad it makes you sick to think about how you ate it anyway.

Being from Jersey I bet Snoloco will appreciate my mention of Three Brothers From Italy right on the boardwalk at Seaside Heights. The Shaw! Woot woot!

Na.  The pizza out West generally sucks...  Pizza out west is more like jerking off as compared to pizza back East.

The worst Pizza I have ever had was at a place in Hino Japan, what they though was pizza was - well not. The best way I could describe it as a big round saltine cracker with Velveeta cheese on top.

I finally got around to trying the place near me that Jason suggested, Deemaria's. It's damn good pizza.

Bumping on behalf of Sorrentos in Pearl River. Very, very good pizza and tremendous entrees and subs as well.

No one mentioned Pepe's?  I'm a born and bred New Yorker, but I must say, Pepe's, originally from Ct., is damn good...perhaps the best I've had.

Ethan, Oakley's in Arkville is delicious. IMHO, better than Brio's.
