Im pretty sure its the same or more vertical than snow ridge.
But without the 2 feet of untracked powder and I think snow ridge has a few more trails than one. I never stated snow ridge was king of vertical. If snow ridge has even jay peaks vertical it would be THE destination resort on ec due to the amount of snow it gets. It's lack of vertical is why it's uncrowded and that's actually part of the charm
Well also Snow Ridge isn't open in October or November.  I like powder just as much as everyone else but, I'll take what I can get this early in the season.  Killington has 3 trails open, not one.  I think it's nice to extend your season a little and get in ski shape early on.
So do I.

Why do you keep asking me if I'll be there opening day? I'm not interested in meeting strange men off the internet.
That almost sounds like an admission finally that you are a kid.

I agree. It's not like people make skiing decisions based on what's said on a forum by a bunch of nuts. ;) lol

And I was referring to all of us.

Right or wrong we are viewed as a group.

I'll never forget hearing an ORDA exec talking about the nastiness of an NYSB "blog author" at the NYC press event.

I was like...wait wait wait wait wait. What?  After some digging it turns out they were talking about our number one troll.  It's not easy to explain that I don't control the content in this insane asylum.

BTW the Gore trail map was fixed as a direct result of MCs comments.  Unfortunately I see via the us mail tonight that it was too late for the printed version.

Whether you like it or not, as the chief cook & bottle washer anything placed on this site reflects on you. If you don't want your house to smell like shit, then get the shitters to clean up their act or throw them out of the house.

I'm no fan of trolls, but, really, don't let some political hack from ORDA, of all places, influence the discussion here. The "professional" media in America and the state has been neutered by their desire to be accepted by those in power and be part of the game, don't succumb to that and be a lackey for them.

That's just plain silly....i can't stand it when people spout off about something they don't know about. Obvi this ORDA dude has no clue.

LOL Camp I never said dude. Clearly it's the ladies that number 1 has trouble with.

Benny, it's been three years since I was last accused of overmoderating.

If you read the part of my post you didn't quote, that's basically what I said. Can't tell if you're advocating for banning or what.  As you well know, people can return with a new personality.

Not advocating anything. Just saying you have to decide.
The current state is entertaining. My only point was that you should not be surprised that people associate you with the content, good or bad.

Marketing people are fun to party with. Great gig tonight in NYC with Plattekill, ORDA, Greek, Mt Peter, SANY et al.

Jon Lundin is a party animal!  He gave it to me good about Vail.
