LOL...better not be!!! Looked like it was going right up Illiad, from there I dunno. I do know this, "Biggest snowmaking upgrade in resort history". That came from a very reliable source

From what I saw two weeks ago, the trench was heading up the Iliad from the pump house, under the quad, and up the road in front of the A-frames. I would presume it is running to pump house 4, but am not certain of that. I know the existing pipes in that area are just about shot, so that's my best guess.

What's great, Camp, is that folks are actually coming out. Trax is experiencing a nice bit of traffic. I know some of it is from HLL guests, which is taking away from the Acorn, but the Acorn is overpriced this time of the year anyway for the Groupon crowd.

Very true. I've been there a handful of times this summer and the place has been jammin. Hopefully this Sunday thing will kick off for them too......the more money they make the better skiing will be for us!

The new area for receptions/outdoor events is already gathering attention...good sign and hopefully more to come at Greek Peak! I hope for an early winter so when I come up to visit over Christmas my kids will have a good time learning to ski.

Camp- we need to link up at Traxx for some beers...they were working on it when I was there earlier this summer.

Re: Greek Peak Conditions

gorgonzola
would this be the same gentleman that had a unique beer concoction named after him at orion's some years back?

if so he has a new following down here in peeyay - i had a marketing event involving a beer truck a few weeks ago and not being much of a light beer drinker, I went with the brando in order to maintain a bit of composure over the 12 hour stint. by the end of the day there were a few others on the brando bandwagon

they could also help mitigate the effects on sno's incessant mc postS!  can't have a beer belly heading into ski season!
