First of all this is simply rotten , have you thought about bringing charges against these little bastards ? Behavior must have consequences and you would certainly be justified in holding their feet to the fire .

Here you are trying to both provide quality employment in your community while saving vintage architecture and making a postive impact and these little bastards and their weak sauce parents trash the best effort to do positive stuff . Society needs to hold these perps responsible and i would strongly encorage you to follow through and considet action and the use of social media to publically embarrass them if you choose not yo file formal charges

To the miscreant who took his misdirected rage out on a beautiful old lady:

Our 110 year old building has more soul in one if its weathered brick than you have in your entire rotten punk body.

We hit it with a power washer and it was just too hard on the brick.  Looks like we'll be living with Fuk the Pigs for a while to come.

I can't explain why I care so much about a pile of bricks. I'm sitting at my desk, a filthy mess, so sad.

Thanks all for your support.

Can't stand to see ya cry Dad. It's only fun when Schumer does it.

Muratic acid may help. It commonly used on masonry to clean it. Lowes has it. spay on. Rinse off or low pressure washer.

Google should solve your issue. If you knocked out any mortar when you pressure washed it's easy to fix. Mortar and a striking tool. Smoosh it in good, use a trowel. Smooth over with the striking tool($8.00). This step is necessary as smoothing it keeps out water.

We really don't have room in our driveway to easily park two cars, without parking someone in. Yet we do it. It works 99.9% of the time. Which is not nearly enough.

Question for anyone about insurance:

I just backed into my wife's Toyota.  Somehow the CRV is basically unharmed. You can see a mark on the rubber bumper and it looks lie the clip that holds the bumper to the fender snapped. Should be easy to replace.

The fender on the Prius is crumpled pretty good. My guy Al eyeballed it and said $1800. I think our deductible is $500. Suck it up and pay the whole thing or submit?  I got to believe the incentive is for you not to submit but really I have no idea.

Also is it a bad idea to ask my agent?  Could he be like... this guy is trouble, let's raise his rates?

One little thing like that shouldn’t cause a dramatic increase. How longs it been since the last claim?

I've always just paid the deductible and my rates really haven't changed much.  Not enough that I wouldn't pay it.  I'm sure you've paid the insurance company more than $1300 over the years.  Get something out of it.

I've never talked to my agent.  Just taken it in and let the shop deal with the insurance company.  That isn't always the best, but if you trust the shop, it shouldn't be an issue.

Haha... just thought of this, but perhaps taking advice from random guy on the internet isn't always the best either.  YMMV.

That sucks

Same thing happened to my buddy on his plow truck 2 days before that storm hit.

Hopefully new filter and flush will fix it. (trying to stay positive for you pal)

Thanks Camp. Unfortunately I’m now just waiting to hear how much it’ll cost.

Yup
Waiting to hear what a rebuild can be had for. It’s a 2012 Chevy so I’m holding out hope my guy can find a bargain for me. Some times Chevy parts end up being less expensive then I expect them to be

Brownski, you would have got more responses to this if you had a new thread called, "I think I need a tranny."
