You need to cut this shit out, Brownski!  You get tires, a bunch of us get tires.  You need repairs......well, shit, my XC90 is in the shop today.  Fortunately the busted pre-tensioner that fucked up the belts, and took out the power steering, cooling, and charging with it, is covered under the CPO warranty.

The fricken $765 for rear brakes....that’s another story.

Oh, and I put rear brakes on the Jeep last week when I got the tires.

$1495 for a rebuilt with 5 year warranty but you'll have to change it out yourself. I think a clutch rebuild kit is like 300. Used ones for 500 to 900

I blew 2 headlights on my Subaru...You have to go the dealer to have them replaced..They have remove the tire and wheel wheel..So last week they changed the bulbs, it was cheap.  The bulbs blew again 2 days ago..Me thinks I have a electrical problem..I'm driving around with fog lights and brights...

Looks like my cheapest option is to get it rebuilt by a specialty shop nearby- comes in under 2900 that way. But I’m down to one car for a week, might need to rent one

Truth was it was all work that was required and overdue.  Could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere, I'm sure.

If I needed a new trans, I’d get the one I have rebuilt, the few times I bought a rebuilt one that was not my original it was shit. Having my trans rebuilt by a good shop was like new.
