Superstar and Northridge are whiteouts this morning. Fan guns on Supe.
Yep. Just came here to tell people to check out the webcams. Nice to see them blowing all the way down to the Superstar base. They just might pull this off if they can get some base packed in this weekend.

My prediction is that they will open prior to this weekend, as Sunday River is shooting to open this weekend.  Killington will do everything they can not to let that occur.

Oh yeah, they'll probably open Friday. Looks like full coverage up high.

I was talking about the World Cup in 18 days (FIS inspection will be a few days before).

Skiray
We will be heading to PICO and maybe we will hit Killington too this weekend. We will see. WIth 2 feet of snow and more on the way this weekend. We might just stay at PICO.  So looking forward to great skiing this time of year.

Killington was great this past week.  Attended the PSIA masters academy
About 2 feet Monday night thru Wednesday then very cold
Had 2 nice pow days
Seems like they are a week or two behind past schedules to open terrain compared to past events I attended the same week.  Maybe due to how much fire power they have to expended on the WC on SuperStar
if You French Fry when you should Pizza you are going to have a bad time

Interesting choice.  Is this your conservative side speaking?  Kind of like the hardcore 1%er on his chopper?  No helmet... just a sweat stained do-rag to protect himself from a traumatic injury.

I'm sure you've heard this before from others, but it bears repeating... you're choice is your choice, but it can't hurt to re-evaluate some choices to ensure you're own personal well-being.

I suffered a severe head injury when I was kid.  I was not skiing, but I was in my car on the way to the ski area.  I was in intensive care six weeks.   I'm lucky to still be able to walk.  I have permanent brain damage! (this helps explain a lot)

My wife is in the brain industry.  We live in a town with a ski area... she sees at least a couple of preventable head injury cases from the ski area every year due to lack of proper head protection.

Obviously it's your choice, but for someone who is a leader in his field of expertise, it seems like you're setting a poor example.
