It was so cool watching Snowfarmers at Plattekill last year at our meeting in January.

Nothing could ever match it. But still I want to show another movie, because it was a lot of fun.

What is the second best movie for the 9th NYSB Annual at Platty?

If possible it should be about the underdog. Any ideas?

Agree that downhill racer was spectacular- one of the best sports films ever. I think Harv is looking for something more ski-porny though.  Maybe Epoch from Meathead films?

I have that DVD. I think I liked the Katahdin part but not sure if that was the best one. It’s been a few years since I pulled it out.

  Any chance Plattekill will open this week?

I don't know. And not for lack of asking.  

Seems like the decision hasn't been made. So I guess that means... maybe?

Last I heard, it was $30 for an uphill ticket during the ski season. Last year, I went pre-season, and they let me earn turns for free. If they're thinking of opening Tuesday though, not sure how they'll feel about people heading up on Monday.
