UMM I hate to be the bearer of bad news but look at the survey section that pertains to product.  If there were a number below zero we would have got it.

At what point did I say that they don't need to address snowmaking & lifts?

From what I've been lead to believe, the bulk of the money Whiteface is getting for next season is earmarked for snowmaking upgrades & improvements. We'll see how that goes.

Perhaps, the year after that, they'll move on to lifts & trails.

Lake Placid getting the Universiade games in 2023 will hopefully be a great catalyst for more improvements to be made over the next several years.
