* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...AROUND AN INCH MIXED WITH SLEET IN VALLEY
LOCATIONS...1-4 INCHES OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN...ESPECIALLY
NORTH OF THE CAPITAL REGION.
* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH...MAINLY OVER THE
