This is why you need coaching... social skills.

Lol.

Brownski, I think I should be coaching you. As far as I can tell, my life is clearly superior to yours. I'm younger, in better shape, and no offense, but you seemed pretty awkward when we met.

But sure, send me a few pages about how you'd improve my life. I'll read them while I'm sitting on a boat drinking beer this weekend or sitting in a hot tub in the Squaw Valley base village next week or maybe I'll read them while I'm at the mountain bike festival that I like to go to in June.

IDK, you kinda seem like a hypocritical dickhead right now. Is it hard for you when you hang with people who don't care how cool you think you are?

No, I just thought I'd provide a little pushback after Brownski's 5th "you need a life coach" post.

Should I send him in your direction? Do you need a life coach, Johnny?

I'm sure the rest of us would agree he was joking and not trying to embarrass you at all. Social skills bud.

Yeah, I took it as a joke the first time (he mentioned it in another thread) and the several times he mentioned it in this thread, and you'll notice that I'm still taking it as a joke (note the "lol" in the post you quoted).

Then I turned it around on him and suddenly I get attacked?

I can't make jokes, but you guys can?

Kind of a huge double standard around here.

I was joking. I thought maybe that wasn’t clear when MC reacted that way but you could tell so I guess it’s something else.

Again, I thought this was a place that we could give each other shit.

You were giving me some shit, so I gave you some shit back.

The whole thing falls apart when you guys only allow the jokey shit-talking to flow one way.

Sorry I took offense MC. I can be a little socially awkward at times so I guess I was too sensitive. For the record any time I talk about life coaching, I’m joking

We're all a bit socially awkward or we wouldn't spend our time talking to anonymous douchebags online. I include myself in both categories (socially awkward & anonymous douchebag), obviously.

I don't take offense at anything I read on here. We're mostly just talking past each other and, like I said, talking some shit.

Never any hard feelings from me (can't say the same for JTG )
